Set out below are the terms and conditions on which Inskin Group Ltd provides service to its clients. Please ensure that you have read and fully understood them prior to booking any treatment with Inskin Group Ltd.

Information published on the Inskin Group website is provided for the use of its visitors and you are advised that, although care has been taken to ensure technical and factual accuracy, some errors may occur. No guarantee is given of the accuracy or completeness of information on these pages. Please be aware that Inskin may alter the information on its web site from time to time. Client Confidentiality and Privacy
Inskin pride themselves on Client confidentiality and privacy which is taken very seriously. All medical consultations are carried out in a private consultation room. Only with the express authorisation of the client will any third person be permitted access. All enquiries are treated in the strictest confidence and all client information held is in compliance with the Data Protection Act 1998. No personal details will ever be passed to a third party without your written permission. In some instances, further information will be requested from your GP in which case we will seek your permission before doing so.
Appointments, Refund & Cancellation Policy
- If you are unable to attend your appointment at Inskin, please contact us immediately on 0161 637 7626. We will need to know that you wish to cancel by 10am on the day before your appointment is due. Failure to cancel or rearrange before 10am on the preceding day or failure to attend your appointment will result in a £25 charge.
- Clients who attend clinic but are unable to receive treatment due to factors that are counterproductive to treatment such hair length unsuitable for electrolysis, suntan unsuitable for skin peels, or intake of new medication considered counterproductive to treatment will be charged £25.
- We reserve the right to waive the cancellation charge at our discretion
- Please arrive for your appointment at least 15 minutes in advance so that any necessary paperwork can be completed. Late arrival may result in reduced treatment time or forfeiting of the appointment. Inskin Group Ltd will endeavour to ensure that your appointment runs to time; however, should we need to cancel or postpone your appointment at short notice, we will make every effort to contact you in advance.
- Prior to your appointment we will inform you of any preparation required in advance of your treatment if relevant. Failure to follow the guide lines may result in cancellation of your appointment, reduced treatment time, or additional fees being charged.
- Consultation fees will be offset against treatment agreed. If treated at the time of consultation, no consultation fees are charged. If treated at a time different to consultation, the fee of £15 will be charged for consultation and then offset against treatment. If no treatment is carried out, the consultation charge will not be refunded.
- Test patches for electrolysis at the time of consultation are a set fee of £15 non-refundable.
- Test patches and consultation for semi-permanent makeup are £35 and redeemed against procedure. If no procedure takes place, the fee is non-refundable.
Courses of treatments
Any treatments purchased as a course of treatment must be paid for in full in advance of the first treatment. All treatment courses must be taken within 12 months of the date of purchase; any treatments left untaken after 12 the course is calculated at the full list price. No refunds are given for any other circumstances.
Client Confidentiality and Privacy
Inskin pride themselves on Client confidentiality and privacy which is taken very seriously. All medical/clinical consultations are carried out in a private consultation room. All enquiries are treated in the strictest confidence and all client information held is in compliance with the Data Protection Act 1998 and maintained in accordance with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (2000). No personal details will ever be passed to a third party without your written permission. In some instances, further information will be requested from your GP in which case we will seek your permission before doing so.
Liability
- Inskin will not be liable in contract, tort or otherwise for any economic loss (including, without limitation, loss of profit), or for any other special, indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of, or in connection with, its provision of any goods and/or services to the client.
- It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that he or she provide Inskin with all relevant medical details prior to each treatment. Inskin will not be liable for any damage that occurs as a result of the client’s failure to disclose such details.
- The client agrees to comply with all instructions and/or recommendations given to them by, or on behalf of, Inskin regarding the care of a treated area.
Payment for Products & Services
All Credit Cards will be processed in Sterling at the time of payment. Inskin Group Ltd is not responsible for any fees, charges, exchange rates or additional charges levied by individual financial institutions or Credit Card companies.
